Our Pork
A typical pig yields about 125#, packaged weight. Since these are pasture raised, heritage breeds, they are real live creatures and have some variance rather than uniformity of factory farmed products.

"We raise small batch, handmade pork. We spend a lot of 'hands-on' time with our pigs. We water 3-4 times per day, some groups we also feed 3-4 times per day. Each group moves weekly, so we are constantly rotating on pasture and in the woods to benefit our soil. All this attention towards a good life for the pigs results in a premium tasting pork product."
